Stir-fry cassava leaves

I cook cassava leaves for my lunch.. i love cassava ! you know, cassava leaves are very benefecial for health. Inside of cassava leaves contain all essential amino acids, good to help convert carbohydrates into energy, helps restore skin and bones, improve memory mood, brain performance, and other amino acid metabolism. if eating cassava leaves on a regular basis may also prevent atherosclerosis, fatty deposits in blood vessels that can affect the heart attack.The Chlorophyll is able to lower cholesterol and also has an antioxidant and anti-cancer. Cassava leaves are also rich vitamins A and vitamins C, and also may boost for immunity, to counteract the free radicals, protects cells from oxidation damage. Hmm then there is nothing to lose to eat them. ^_^ ... just take a look my picture of my "Stir-fry cassava leaves"

Hari ini aku masak tumis daun singkong.. aku suka daun singkong ! daun singkong sangat bermanfaat untuk kesehatan. di dalam daun singkong mengandung asam amino dapat mengubah karbohidrat menjadi energi, dapat membantu pemulihan kulit dan tulang, meningkatkan daya ingat, kinerja otak, dan juga metabolisme asam amino lainnya. Jika mengkonsumsi daun singkong secara rutin dapat mencegah aterosklerosis, juga penimbunan lemak dalam pembuluh darah yang dapat berdampak pada jantung. Klorofilnya mampu menurunkan kolestrol, anti oksidan dan anti kanker, daun singkong juga mengandung vitamin A dan C dan dapat meningkatkan kekebalan tubuh, dapat mengangkat radikal bebas dan juga melindungi sel dari kerusakan oksidasi. Hmm jadi aku rasa tidak ada ruginya mengkonsumsi daun singkong ^_^ .
