Roast Chicken ( Ayam Panggang )

Roast Chicken for my lunch today ... seems my holiday really good huh ? really enjoy my holiday with food. hehehe, well today these Roast Chicken cooked by my friend at home a la moluccas's cuisine !. 

How to cooked Roast Chicken ; well it is not really different with other roast chicken, all ingredients (union, garlic, cinnamon, galingale, ginger, nutmeg, coriandrum ) mashed with blender or Ulekan* and stir-fry all mashed ingredients with vegetables oil in a few seconds then put in lemongrass, bay, soy sauce, sugar, salt, tamarind stir-fry till all ingredients smell good put in the chicken, turn off the stove, take the chickens out and roasted them after the chickens done then put them back to frying pan and stir all ingredients with chickens to be spread evenly, and the last thing you have to do is garnish them and you can serve it !




( Ingredients : Lemongrass, bay, union, garlic, soy sauce, chillis, nutmeg, cinnamon, sugar, vegetables oil, tamarind, galingale, ginger, coriandrum sativium )




Ayam Panggang untuk makan siang ku ... kelihatannya liburanku enak banget ya ? sangat menikmati liburan dengan berbagai kuliner.., hari ini yang memasak ayam panggang nya adalah teman ku, ayam panggang ini dipanggang ala Maluku ! Langsung cekidot foto nya ya ! ^_^
