I love these cuisine, when i was at my hometown i can get these cuisine easliy, now i'm in other part of indonesia, in East Java ! i can find Soto Banjar too here, but it's not same taste just like at borneo. so i cook these cuisine by my self to get the originality of these cuisine, lovely...
Ingredients:
- Onion, garlic, salt, sugar ( Mashed and pan-fried with vegetables oil )
- Pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger ( Mashed )
- Chicken broth
- Chilli ( Mashed and pan-fried with vegetables oil, sugar, salt )
- Carrots (Cut them slices and boiled )
- Potatos (Boiled, mashed then form like ping-pong ball, covered mashed potatos with eggs then fried it )
- Glass noodles ( Boiled )
- Chicken ( Boiled and torn it )
- Rice (cooked)
How to cook :
-Boil the chicken together with broth, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper, sugar, salt, garlic, onion when it done put carrots into it, boiled done.
Presentation:
- Put rice into a bowl,
- Cut boiled eggs slices, glass noodles, cut slices the ping-pong potatos, chickens ( for topping )
- Put chicken borth into bowl together the rice and the others
Eat them with salt soy sauce, and if you like spicy eat them with chillis.
Oh yeaah i'm so hungry now....

Aku sangat suka menu ini ! waktu aku di kampung ku, aku bisa dengan mudah memperoleh menu ini, sekarang aku berada di indonesia bagian lain nya, di Jawa Timur !. sebenarnya aku bisa memperoleh soto banjar juga di disini, tetapi rasa nya agak berbeda dengan soto banjar yang biasanya aku makan di kampung ku, Jadi karna aku ingin sekali makan soto Banjar yang rasanya belum di modifikasi alias masih asli kalimantan akhirnya aku memasaknya sendiri, asiiiik...
