Ingredients :
- Calamari
- Squeeze of lime
- Salt
- Butter
- Garlic
- Union
- Ginger
- Worcester sauce
- Fish sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Sugar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Water
How to cook :
- Coat calamari with squeeze of lime and salt let it mingle in 30 minutes
- Fried calamari half-cooked
- Melted butter in frying pan, put in garlic, onion and ginger, saute for a moment
- Put in calamari and stir
- Pour the worcester sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar and pepper.
- Pour water ( about 50 ml ), let it thicken then serve.
