Shrimps Cocktail ( Koktail udang )

This is how to make Shrimps Cocktail very quick .. hahahaha
How to eliminate the fishy smell, soaking shrimps with lemon essence for 3 minutes, rinse shrimps with cold water, put in saucepan with water about 2 1/2 cup of water, salt, sugar, boil it until changes color. then put in a bowl with ice cubes. Meanwhile, diced a cucumber and put in a cocktail glass / glass bowl and shrimp broth and put shrimps rim around, then serve it with sambal* or without sambal* ...

How to make sambal :
Chillis, sugar, salt, water, terasi* lemon. mashed on a rock plate (Ulekan) --- you can added terasi* if you like, it's okay without terasi*

Sambal added for who likes spicy cocktail, mostly indonesian peoples likes spicy. but it is okay without sambal.



( Ingredients : Shrimps, cucumber, water, salt, sugar and sambal if you like )
